The FCC gets hot and bothered over Comcast's "reasonable" throttling:

Comcast pays people to sleep for the duration ... :-\

And BitTorrent developers are trying to finagle a way around Comcast's anti-seeding Sandvine:

All very interesting stuff!

Just remember that whatever the FCC does regarding net neutrality simply enforces the laws.

Don't let this single action lull you into forgetting to stay on top of what laws Congress is dreaming up regarding net-neutrality. Some congressmen practically work for these corporations, even though we're the ones paying their US$160,000 annual salary PLUS full retirement after only one term PLUS full medical PLUS office perks.

Yay! Internet in North America is choked enough without ISPs coming up with lame excuses for their blatant inadequacies. I want what I pay for and I pay for restrictionless Internet. It's like other utilities. You don't pay power companies just to tell you to back off a bit on consumption. It is a ridiculous practice. I'm glad Comcast got walloped by the FCC for being just plain stupid.
