Hello,
I'm trying to write a small website, and am trying to together a page where a user can input their thoughts on the site and email that data to my email address. I need the email address to be sent entirely from the webpage. I do not want the user to have to use an email client (like outlook). If anyone has done this recently, or knows how, please let us know. Thanks.

You need a sendmail application (SMTP) on the server to do this. If you don't have access to Perl, PHP, ASP/ASPX, CGI, etc., you won't be able to do it all from the site. There are some hosts that offer a bounce back type service where you direct the form to their servers, the servers process it and send the email to the recipient. I'm not sure if there are any free offers to do that as I haven't needed such a service in a long time.

What host are you using?

You'll need to set up SMTP on the server to actually process the requests. This guide may help you:
