Hello,

Well after 5 years my Klipsch ProMedia have burned out. I can not decided on what to get just looking for great 2.1 system any thoughts would be appreciated.

The Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 is one of the best 2.1 systems out there. If you are happy with it I would suggest get it again. Some other great alternatives are the Logitech Z-2300 or the Z-4, or the Creative Inspire line.

I gotta agree with Liquid Shadow on this one. Not sure about the Boston Acoustics, but I know the Klipsch's are very good even though I have no idea how in the world they pronounce that. Boston Acoustics has some good speakers, but I'm not familiar with that particular model.

The origional 2.1 klipsch had a problem with there amps burning out. I think it was that the cool/heat sink would come lose. But i hear the new klipsch are better then the origional. I plan on getting myself a pair as soon as i can.

i have some klipsch kg 3.5 speakers n they rock. very good sound quality and very loud!!
