1. Raise the FSB in your BIOS.
2. Learn to spell.

I suggest you go read a few articles on overclocking so that you get some understanding of what the settings are that you are manipulating. Trying to go from 2.4 to 3.0GHz all in one shot without knowing what the limits of your system are is a bit reckless.

Overclocking is about 50% skill, 50% luck, not every system will perform the same.

It has that step speed crap on there doesn't it? The cpu increases speed as needed. So when you look at the speed it only shows stock, even though you have it OC'd, but on full use it goes to the OC rate. If you want to run it at the OC rate all the time then you first need to disable speed step. Get CPU-Z and Orthos. Run Orthos to get the cpu to 100% usage (check usage with task manager) then check the speed with CPU-Z. I have all that speed step crap turned off. I'm getting ripped off on my energy bills anyway so a few extra bucks won't matter.

It's called C1E Support in the bios. Disable it.

Learn some manners if you expect help.
