ok, hi, i know pc basics thats it, i was wondering could someone help i have 2 things

1 i bought a new mouse and when its plugged in with my medus headset the pc has an error not enough bandwidth or something its like it wont power or run both of these any suggestions

2 i would also like to overclock my cpu but i would need a step by step instruction of it if someone can be bothered and be polite enough to do it for me

my setup is this

a8n-vm motherboard
3800 x2 64 dual core
AKSA AK-875BL AMD CPU COOLER
CORSAIR XMS PLATINUM 2 GB PC-3200 DDR RAM CAS 2-3-3-6
8800gts nvidia the 312 one
300gb hard drive
medusa headset
razer copperhead mouse
usb keyboard
usb power router with bt
crappy speakers
windows xp


can anyone or would anyone like to help with my problems

You mean 320mb 8800gts?Are you plugging the mouse into a usb plug on your mobo or your plugging it in a usb1.0 plug.Try changing the to a differnt usb plug.My Logitech G15 has 2 and i cant use them for anything since they are usb 1.0.

i have tried different usb ports on my motherboard, i got 2 at the front and 4 at the back, cant seem to get the 2 devices working togeather, i read it would solved by buying a pci card with extra usb slots, is this true does anyone know ?

why not just use the adapter your headset comes with and plug it into your sound card instead of using the amp.

i may be wrong but i dont remember the medusa headset coming with an adaptor its a usb 5.1 gaming headset, also i dont have a sound card just onboard sound

ok, i bought a 4 port pci card installed it and put my mouse to the new card and also the medusa headset and actually it solved the problem,
